SUMMER POP-UP SERIES: "RISE & SAUNA"

Our summer location is:
Noto's at the Bil-Mar (Grand Haven, MI - just south of GH State Park & City Beach)

SUMMER PRICING
$35/seat (1 sauna = 6 bookable seats. Book all 6 seats for a private session, using placeholder names for empty seats.)

  (nicknames are just for fun. Same sauna experience, less boring than numbers.)

• 🌕 6:45–7:45 PM | Yoga + Sound Bath

• 🌅 6:45–7:45 PM | Sunset Sauna Only

• 🌙 8:00–9:00 PM | Post-Yoga Night Sauna

Note: The 6:45–7:45 PM Sunset Sauna is the only sauna-only session. The 5:30 PM and 8:00 PM sauna sessions are reserved for Yoga + Sauna bundle guests.

PRICING

• Yoga + Sound Bath — $25

• Yoga + ONE Sauna — $55

• Sunset Sauna Only — $35

Yoga + Sauna includes one sauna session, before or after yoga.

OCTOBER DATES
Fridays: 2nd, 16th, 23rd, 30th (5:30am-12:50pm)
Tuesdays: 6th, 20th (5:30am-9:50am)
(Weekend: Oct 24th/25th TBD)
